Bash Terminals Stops Refreshing on Split/Join #247068

Bug 1: Split
- Open a project
- Click Terminal -> New Terminal to open new bash terminal
- Click the Split Terminal button
A new terminal split terminal window opens, but the original is blank and unresponsive.
Bug 2: Join
- Open a project
- Click Terminal -> New Terminal to open new bash terminal
- Click Terminal -> New Terminal again to open second new bash terminal
- Select both terminals, right-click and choose "Join Terminals
Both terminals are now blank and unresponsive.
