[BUG] The window is stuck sometimes when I select a file tab #247275

Steps to Reproduce:
This is an edge case, I can't consistently reproduce it, but it has happened a few times already.
Sometimes, when changing the file tab with the mouse it gets "stuck" instead of having the normal arrow inside the window it has the hand, like if I was moving the tab, and the tab itself has the extra highlight that is there when it is being moved, this leaves the window in a state where I can't type, change tabs, select a file, or anything else, I can use the 3 standar buttons for any window, minimize, maximize, and close the window, I can't release the tab in any way, not with any click or keyboard input. I suspect this is a problem with electron but that some workaround can be made, like releasing the tabs from the cursor when the user presses esc.
