Locator order issue - When extracting the text from editor, middle text is shown at bottom

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open vscode.dev
2. Create a file and content
3. Selection -> Copy Line Down
4. Inspect the copied line text's order

Expectation - Line 4 should be below line 3
Actual - Line 4 is below line 10

This is not an issue, you have found a nice trick used inside the editor view. The lines of the editor don't have to be in order in the DOM because the DOM in that part is used only for rendering. Not having the lines in order allows us to use a single DOM API to update all lines in one go ;). insertAdjacentHTML, a somewhat obscure DOM API that helps speed us up a bit.
