Adopt onDidChangeLineHeight in the places where getLineHeight is used

When the line height changes for example, the cursor height should change too for example.

After verifying all usages of getLineHeightForLineNumber I noticed that most usages are used in the calls to prepareRender. These are themselves called when decorations changes, so I don't need to adopt the listener there. The only usage not in the prepareRender method is in the sticky scroll code where we already use the listener.

I checked below that when the line height changes, the cursor height changes too:
