Julia highliting not working on vscode insiders but works on vscode #248790

Type: Bug
julia scripts are not being highlighted in vscode-insiders. The same file opened with vscode instead is highlighted. Since it works fine on vscode I believe it is an issue from vscode-insiders.
This is from vscode, which is the expected behavior.
This is from vscode-insiders where the highlighting is not working as expected.
