MCP resources: display content as markdown if their mime type is provided

MCP resources can define the mime type, which can be text/markdown. When they are displayed, for example from the MCP Resource Browser, they appear as raw text. It'd be ideal if code could be smart enough to detect that, and display the file as markdown with the appropriate format and coloring.

I don't plan to do this. We need to show the content sent to the model directly to avoid the risk of prompt injection attacks. Because markdown can embed HTML, there are many way to include content that would not get displayed to the user (including by using properties or elements that would not get rendered due to HTML santiziation.) Therefore this is not a safe thing to do.
