GPT-5 mini model not working after premium 300 prompts used

• VS Code Version: latest
• OS Version: windows 11
• Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode): agent
• Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): GPT-5 mini

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Once the premium prompts are completed 100% on Co-pilot pro account, then try using gpt5 mini model and it will give the following error even tho it is the included model but still it acts like a premium model:

2. Can't use the model other than 4.1 but gpt5 mini should work unlimited on pro plan
