This depends on #264220 which is coming in a little late, hopefully it'll be merged/released when testing time comes.

Global auto approve has been renamed from chat.tools.autoApprove to chat.tools.global.autoApprove in order to make it more clear that it's not a prerequisite to use other auto approve settings. Additionally, there's now an opt-in warning the first time a tool attempts to use global auto approve. Please test the following:

• The new setting and description is good
• All cases of the opt-in dialog work
  • You can disable the global auto approve setting to reset this state and see the dialog again once it's been approved
