Description
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?:
No. I am confident that this issue is caused by GPU rendering. Disabling extensions does not affect the problem, but turning off "editor.experimental.gpuAcceleration" immediately resolves it.

"editor.experimental.gpuAcceleration": "on"in VS Code settings. - Open any code file.
- Observe rendering issues, such as screen tearing, visual glitches, and abnormal cursor behavior.
