horiziontal scroll is not working #279179
Description
Type: Bug
For a file that contains a line with a length that exceeds the screen width, it is no longer possible to scroll horizontally.
The horizontal scroll bar is not vissible.
and moving the cursor to the right, simply makes it move out of screen with scrolling the line to the left
