Further align tool descriptions

I'm noticing subtle differences here. But I don't know what sounds best

• createDirectory and createFile are plural, others are singular
  • Should createFile just be included in editFiles?
  • This goes for some other tools too- eg "Run commands in terminal" vs "Get the output of a task"
• editNotebook and createDir say "in your workspace", others don't say that
• createDir and createFile should have icons
• terminalLastCommand and terminalSelection end in a period, others don't

I don't know whether this is part of your work or if someone else should own it, I know the basic problems are old!

I only modified a few blatantly different ones and otherwise left them alone. It could be nice to review these with @ntrogh at a later time.

Oh man even the tool name itself- editFiles (plural) editNotebook singular 😩
