Bogus keybindings warning when pressing Ctrl+Space for the first time

Testing #286005

• open new instance (--transient)
• open terminal and press ctrl+space
• 🐛 you get a notification about not all keybindings being handled, despite just having handled this keybinding

This is actually an unrelated feature that's been around for years acting by design. I'm not really a fan of it personally, but it does serve a need where users that want to prioritize shell keybindings can action it like that. Considering removing it in Jan @meganrogge, not the setting just the notification.

It's definitely not the recommended approach though so I'm removing the notification. I have seen users accidentally have this set in the past.
