Completions does not work when Copilot Extension is uninstalled

Verification steps:

• Uninstall copilot extension
• This will also uninstall chat extension so re-install the chat extension
• Type in the editor and make sure you see ghost text suggestions without a gutter arrow in front of it

tried these steps but still saw the gutter icon...

Turns out there hasn't been a release since the fix was committed. Closing for verification. Make sure you are using the Monday Insiders build or later
