Reviewed x files appears after subagent?

I wouldn't have thought this was possible to have file reads outside the subagent context while it's in progress:

I need a log to understand what happened here, I can't tell from a screenshot any better than you can. Maybe it was a parallel tool call with runSubagent running at the same time as a read_file, maybe it was a rendering glitch, I don't know.
