Recently, when I copy and paste text from the editor to the terminal, the text contains formatting metadata which renders the query unusable. I have been working around the issue by reading the text file into a variable. I also noticed that VS Code is now auto-correcting my grammar like Microsoft Word would when creating a document.

Looking at it closer, it is not format metadata. It is actually garbling the text after about two dozen lines. The code I am pasting is a sql query with 100 lines. In the image below, after line 23, it starts repeating segments of text.
