Copilot - Move/Rename file to trigger LSP refactors

Some of the time, mainly when working fully with Copilot, I ask it to move files around or rename them. But it always does so within the terminal, and that makes some IDE refactorings of moving files (like fixing import/include URIs) never happen.

I'm requesting that Copilot gain the ability to move files in a way that triggers the move files for LSP so refactors can happen.
