Reasoning/ thinking effort selection

Hi,
Can we please add a drop down selection for reasoning/thinking effort in copilot-agent-mode? I mean something like Low, Medium, Hign, Max, similar to what we see in Codex App. Given the fact that Anthropic also supports an effort parameter now, it wouldn't be too hard to support it with some normalization for each of these matching to the provider format I believe.

GitHub Copilot CLI already supports that for Anthropic's 4.6 models and OpenAI models. So it would be nice to be consistent with the GitHub Copilot Chat extension as well.
