New VSCode Theme - Popups have transparent background

When using the new VS Code Dark theme, any popup boxes (hovering over an extension to see details, hovering over a tab to see the full path, hovering over code to see info, the popups have their background transparent so the background bleeds through.

This latest update (1.109.1) did fix the issue where hierarchical menus did not appear on hover, but introduced this problem. (you should have used the update in Insiders - both issues are fixed there.)

Only the new experimental theme has this issue. And only, currently, in the release version of VSCode. The Insiders version does not have this issue (it did a few days ago, but a daily update corrected the problem)

Still happening in the latest 1.109.4

Still saw it in 1.109.5, even though it looked like it somehow cleared up in 1.109.4. When 1.109.5 installed and launched, I did see the same transparent popups.

However, if I switch to another theme - any other theme - then switch back to the experimental VS Code Dark, the popups behave correctly - they have an opaque background. Weirder and weirder.
