Autonomously getting images from outside the software #295281

Type: Bug
I've given an image to github copilot to add to my application but instead of adding that one he took an image form either youtube channel that was open or from a discord notification that poped during the execution of the prompt.
This is an image that I would never have saved in my computer or even have on my clipboard and I did not give copilot access to external tools. This is very concerning.
