Request to Restore Access to Advanced Agents Due to System Error

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report a recurring technical issue that has significantly affected my usage of the system.
At least 40% of my requests have resulted in errors because the agent automatically added an extra character — specifically the Hebrew letter "ב" — to each command. This appears to be a system-related issue rather than user input, and it has caused many of my requests to fail.
As a result, my usage metrics and performance may have been negatively impacted due to circumstances beyond my control.
I kindly ask that you take this issue into consideration and restore my access to the most advanced/smart agents available in the system. I believe this is a fair request given the technical malfunction described above.
Please let me know if you require any additional information or examples of the errors encountered.

I will update to the latest stable version (1.109.4) and verify whether the issue persists.

However, I would like to clarify that prior to your response, at least 40% of my requests failed due to the recurring issue where an unintended Hebrew character ("ב") was automatically appended to my commands. This significantly affected my successful usage rate and consumed a substantial portion of my request quota.

Since these failed requests were the result of a technical issue and not intentional misuse, I kindly ask that you review my account and restore or credit back a reasonable portion of the affected requests.

I upgrated the system but still get this massage:
You have exceeded your premium request allowance. We have automatically switched you to GPT-4.1 which is included with your plan. Enable additional paid premium requests to continue using premium models.
please check you can see that this is not my first issue that i sent with this matter

almost every request i was sending that was involved a trminal command the letter ב in hebrew sometimes it took tha agent more then one try to come around it all this requests was for nothing.
i have complaint about it in the past and that was the resone why i upgrated my subscriber.
now i ask you to check my account and we will see the history of the issue.
i ask as well to have more request option to he end of the month.

i would like to get back what i have paid for. it is not my fault that the agent have an issue with the hebrew language so every command needed the terminal i got an error with the letter ב.
it is the resone why i upgrated my account cause i got no respond for the claim i submited.
