Since yesterday, No more requests from Claude/Opus are working for me.

This occur in 2 different machines. In both machines I tried:
- to logoff from Copilot/Github and signed in again.
- update VSCode to latest version
- Retried the request several times. (*)
(*) Also, I did notice that each failed request ARE CHARGED against my premium requests. (!?)
