C# Completion menu not auto-opening on insiders

Describe the Issue

Only on Code Insiders build, when typing in the editor, completion for the class is not bringing up the completion menu, unless you hit ctrl+space. The menu is brought up properly on Code Stable. It does not appear to be isolated to a specific version of C# or C# Dev Kit, but related to Insiders.

1. Open a project folder on VS Code Insiders
2. Start typing in the editor

Could you please let us know if you still repro. I don't see any performance or behavior degredation with the latest insiders
