Claude-created agent does not appear in agent dropdown

Problem

When creating an agent using Claude, the new agent does not appear in the agent dropdown.

Repro steps

1. Create an agent using Claude.
2. Open the agent dropdown.

Expected behavior

The newly created Claude agent should appear in the dropdown and be selectable.

Actual behavior

The created agent is missing from the dropdown.

Claude doesn't have an agent drop down. Can you give me some clearer repro steps?

perhaps you're talking about Local? is this you @roblourens or @pwang347 ?

@TylerLeonhardt see the screenshots above - when a user defines a .claude/agent, they expect it to show up in the agents dropdown.

I figured we did not do that by design - but want an area owner to explain that please.

Claude agents were recently added and yes they should work similar to the existing locations, not sure if something regressed it. I can take a look
