Prompt files should allow me to select latest model with wildcard

Maintaining more than a few prompt files can be quite expensive when you define the model attribute. I want to be able to say "Always use the latest Sonnet" or "Always use the latest Codex", rather than hardcoding a model in my prompt file.

cc @pwang347 as this was on the backlog and maybe there is something we can bring over from the Claude Code custom agent support; to fix the (Copilot) (Preview) messiness that causes model name drift.

My suggestion would be that we can match models to allow aliasing (codex, opus, etc), inferred from CAPI's model ids and our own client-side mapping. Of course, model names are all over the place with new names and appended names like "Codex" or "Mini"

An alternative would be aliases for specific model categories, like "fast", "high-reasoning", and "coding".

A partially predelivered settings list with known defaults for openai models and editable by 'knowledgeable' users in settings is a good compromise between the model naming jungle and maintaining list of all models and assuming user's intent. There will always be a long tail if you take up all cases.
