Context Window not visible anymore in VS Code v1.109.5 [it is mentioned in the release notes tho]

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes (Except GitHub Copilot Chat since it is required for this use case)

• VS Code Version: 1.109.5
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VS Code
2. Open github copilot session

Note: It says in the release notes that there is conext window now, but I can't see it at all in my Copilot chat box

@justschen It seems it was caching, now after disabling and then re-enabling the extension and also restarting the vs code as well, it worked.
(note i already restarted vs code before and even the pc, but it didn't resolve it)
