Confirmed on Windows: Stable 1.109.5 + Copilot Chat 0.37.8 reproduces blank Sessions list after New Session, while .jsonl files are created. Developer: Restart Extension Host restores sessions temporarily. Tested Insiders (clean profile): issue does not reproduce and UI matches macOS behavior. This looks like a Stable-only regression already fixed in Insiders.
