My last two Insiders updates didn't relaunch automatically after I applied them

I routinely have Insiders open, and I accept updates whenever I see the indicator that one is available.

Unusually, the last two times I've done this VS Code hasn't reopened itself afterwards. It opens OK when I launch it manually though.
