@lzc0901

Description

@lzc0901
  • Copilot Chat Extension Version: 0.38.2
  • VS Code Version:1.110.1
  • OS Version: Windows 11
  • Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode): Output Panel
  • Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): N/A
  • Logs: I cannot provide the specific "Chat Hooks" logs because the channel is missing.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open VS Code.
  2. Open the Output panel (View -> Output).
  3. Click the dropdown menu to switch output channels.
  4. "GitHub Copilot Chat Hooks" is not visible in the list, even though the documentation suggests it should be there.

Expected Behavior
According to the official documentation (see screenshot below), there should be a "GitHub Copilot Chat Hooks" channel to review hook output and errors.

Actual Behavior
The channel is not available in the list, preventing any debugging of hook outputs.
