No pencil icon to rename Copilot CLI or Claude Agent sessions

I see the pencil icon to rename local agent sessions:

I don't see the same option for Copilot CLI or Claude Agent sessions.

I can right-click to rename a CLI session from the session list.

This is because it's hard coded to local:

vscode/src/vs/workbench/contrib/chat/browser/agentSessions/agentSessionsPicker.ts

@roblourens maybe these could be the same menu that we contribute to for the agent sessions view chat/chatSessions?
