Poor completion sorting for whole words in JSON settings

If you open up your settings in the JSON view and try to auto-complete workbench.editor.useModal by typing in modal, useModal is not in the top 5

Yeah, that likely because useModal comes really late in the word and hence gets penalized. The screen capture is broken and I can't tell what comes first but the logic is "close the word start, after separator chars, match quality"

Is there a way to treat lowerUpper transitions the same as separator characters?
