Github Copilot Chat in New Window : Not able to Switch between Agent,Ask,Plan in New Window Chat

Steps:
1.Open VS Code
2. Open Githib Copilot Chat
3. Views and More Actions (...) dots -> Move Chat into New window
4. Try to switch From Agent mode -> Any other mode

Whole screen is glitching on every click .
