Copy and paste from Explorer to Chat view should attach the image

Dragging an image into the Chat view works and attaches it, but copy and pasting an image from the Explorer view into the Chat view does not attach it. Both methods should work consistently.

Possible steps:

1. Have an image file in the Explorer
2. Copy the image from the Explorer
3. Paste into the Chat view
4. Notice the image is not attached (whereas drag and drop works fine)

Actually, pasting an image works similarly to dragging it. The problem is with other file types. Dragging a file which is not an image results in the file beeing added to the context, but pasting a file just writes the path in the input field.

@justschen I can repro -- is this by design that only the path is copied?
