Visual studio code cannot verify extension signature

ADD ISSUE DESCRIPTION HERE

Have just submitteed assignment on an earlier codespace this morning. New one says I need to install Python and Jupyter but when I try an error message repeatedly comes up stating that it is unable to do so as signature cannot be verified.
