Agents: Doesn't persist custom agent selection

• Start a session in Agents app using a custom agent
• Session starts its work, using the custom agent I selected
• I go do some other work and reviews in other sessions
• Once this first session finishes, I open it
• ❓ The custom agent dropdown now just says Agent rather than my custom agent I had selected
  • I'm now not sure if the agent did its work with my custom agent (and just changed the dropdown selection after finishing), or if my custom agent was dropped somewhere along the way during the work

If I keep the session open and in focus while it's working, it seems to more consistently stay on the custom agent as expected:

If I close and reopen this same session several times, sometimes it stays on the custom agent, but other times it reverts back to just Agent (and also in the below scenario, I see the Mark as Done as the main CTA with no changes populated in the Changes panel, cc @lszomoru as we discussed that separately):

Also happens to me. Easiest repro is switch between session A and B, where A is on a custom agent and B is on default agent. It's not consistent, and sometimes it recovers. I've never seen a default agent session be taken over by a custom agent though.
