Long conversation jumps to beginning when scrolling down

Ever since the "Show more" / "Show less" feature became active on VS-Code (for long user queries/prompts), I can no longer easily scroll up or down a (long) conversation well.

When I try to scroll, it often jumps to the very beginning of the conversation.

That makes it quite difficult to use VS-Code effectively.

(Edit: Unsure whether something with the "Show more" / "Show less" feature is the root cause or not)

A seemingly related issue that began at seemingly the same time is that the "up arrow" no longer allows me to scroll-up a bit at a time anymore, the only way I can go up to press below the "up arrow" which often jumps the conversation further up than desired.

The "down arrow" on the scroll bar still works as it should (minus the "jumping back to the conversation" bug noted above often times when I scroll up/down now).

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code; the latest stable release is 1.115.0. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

Updated to VS-Code release 1.115.0

The issue still exists (within a Codex conversation on VS-Code, in case that matters).

If I had to take a guess based on the behaviour I'm seeing, then it might be that there's some sort of issue when I scroll down and longer messages (prompts and/or responses) are loaded. The interaction of that with the "Show more / Show less" feature, perhaps.
