Steps to Reproduce:

1. When you close and then reopen a remote connection window containing proxy sessions, all sessions will become unread.

I'm encountering this issue in VS Code. Also, this issue doesn't seem to be related to remote connections. I've only seen this bug appear in VS Code windows when no workspace is open.
