Context Window usage always show as 0 for OpenRouter models

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure OpenRouter provider and use a model from OpenRouter.
2. Start a new conversation, wait for the model to finish replying.
3. Check context window usage

Yes, it’s an annoying issue, and it also occurs with openai compatible providers. It would be great if it gets resolved.

I suffer from the same issue, otherwise vscode copilot is -surprisingly- the best coding agent to use within vscode.
