Question: Is Copilot Chat source code still being updated publicly?

I've been following the Copilot Chat extension and noticed something that's been puzzling me: the version on the VS Code Marketplace is already at 0.44.2, but the latest release tag in this repo is still v0.43.0, and the main branch hasn't seen a commit since Apr 7.

I totally understand that release workflows can be complex, so I just wanted to gently check in:

• Is the source code for newer versions still being published here, just with a delay?
• Or has development moved to a private repo, with only binaries shipped to the Marketplace?
• If it's the latter, is this repo still the right place to report issues or ask questions about the latest features?

No rush at all—just trying to figure out where best to follow along and contribute if possible. Thanks for all the work you do on Copilot! 🙌

we have recently moved the source code of the Copilot Chat extension from the microsoft/vscode-copilot-chat repo to the microsoft/vscode repo (in here https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/tree/main/extensions/copilot).
Having the extension in the same repo as VS Code itself makes it easier for us to ship new features. I think you might have checked just while it was being released, the 0.44.2 release tag for Copilot Chat is here now: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/releases/tag/v0.44.2
So if you want to report issues on Copilot Chat, please do so in this repo (microsoft/vscode), just make sure to indicate in the title or description that your issue is about Copilot Chat.
