Text Rendering in large files is broken

• VS Code Version: 1.94 and above
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a large file for example with over 50'000 or more lines
2. Scroll down 15'000 to 35'000 lines (seems to depend on file content) and the text stops rendering

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code; the latest stable release is 1.116.0. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

I tested the newest version 1.116 and tried to check old versions as well.
1.93 and before did not have the issue.
The text rendering issues started with 1.94.

FWIW, i was having the same issue and tracked it down to editor.experimentalGpuAcceleration - this also caused text to stretch when resizing split editor panes (AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT, Win11)
