If you create a sub-session and then later delete it, you'll get a deletion confirmation dialog. But after approving the delete, the sub-session tab will stay visible. But if you switch to another session and then return, the sub-session is now gone. So the deletion seemed to happen, but the UI didn't update immediately.
Besides the UX bug, this is problematic because if you go to delete the sub-session again, it will actually delete the entire session. Which would be very surprising, and could result in accidental data loss.
