Every time after the planning session, I'm pressing "Start implementation" handoff, the agent said, "I don't have permissions to change files".
Even if I'm manually prompting to make changes, the agent is still answering about "no permissions, I'm still in the Plan mode", even though I've manually switched from Agent to Plan and back to Agent.
The problem appeared in VSCode 1.116 and the chat extension 0.44.2, but in the latest version, it's still the problem.
