Unable to Rename Copilot Discussions

Type: Bug

Open a new chat with copilot and start a conversation.
Click the "back" arrow to back out of that conversation.
From the list of conversations, right-click on the converstation and click "rename".
Give it a new name and tap the "enter" keyboard key.
!! the conversation is not renamed or does it refect that it was.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code; the latest stable release is 1.118.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

I have updated to v1.118.1, but the renaming is still broken. Is doesn't reflect at all after pressing "enter". Also, if I rename "conversation A," click a conversation B, and back out of B, I see the updated title for conversation A. But then if I click on conversation A, the original title takes back over.
