Agents app keeps signing out when launching EDH for my VS Code extension

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a repo that contains a custom VS Code extension in the Agents app
2. Ask the agent to launch the extension in the EDH
3. EDH starts but immediately shows "sign in" UI
4. Simultaneously, the UI is wiped in Agents, asking me to sign in and guiding me through theme selection
5. Going through the sign in flow doesn't actually help so long as you have the EDH open. Only when you close the EDH will signing in actually work. This means I cannot talk to my agent about the running process.

This started after I updated today.

I have to go back to CLI until this is fixed.

We're unable to use Agents on the .NET team to work on the official C# extensions because of this bug.
