The Git Changes got corrupted

My project is git repository with multiple another git repositories inside. After I open the workspace, it searches for repositories, are get shown in the Changes section, but then the section refreshes again removing all the information, then the searching continues and more data appears, but just a part of its content is shown because it got refreshed/reloaded in the middle.

The problem already persisted in the previous version of vscode that some repo got hidden the same way. After the update I could see just that on the screenshot.
Now, I could fix the problem after I set the "git.repositoryScanMaxDepth" to 0, reopen the workspace, set the "git.repositoryScanMaxDepth" to 1 back and reopen the project. So now I can see all changes, commit every repo and the workspace opens well.
