After the latest VSCODE insiders update VSCODE is not starting anymore.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• OS Version: windows11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. download latest insiders and install
2. tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it is corrupted while upgrade but the result is same

as i click on the app/use code-insiders . to start vscode, a blank VSCode window flashes for a fraction of second and then goes away, the VSCode process can be seen in the task manager for some time and then that also vanishes.

What's inside most recent vscode-inno-updater-*.log file in %TEMP% folder?
Also, take a look at most recent subfolder of %APPDATA%\Code - Insiders\logs at main.log - does it show any errors?
