Moving multiple tabs reverses their order

Type: Bug

Repro:

1. Select multiple editor tabs.
2. Move them to another tab well (e.g. by pressing ctrl+alt+rightArrow)

Expected:

• The tabs appear in the adjacent (or a new) tab well, in the same order as they were.

Actual:

• The tabs appear in the adjacent (or a new) tab well, but in reverse order.
