Plan content is different when editing

I think the rendered markdown is a summary, have we thought about how to make that more obvious? It's a little confusing that I click "Edit" and see totally different content.

Also then there is no way to read the "real" plan with rendered markdown

yep summary vs. actual plan. cc @DonJayamanne if you have thoughts on if we should just show the entire plan instead

I think I wouldn't mind the summary if it was just called out as a summary. Not sure how the CLI TUI communicates this
