Hi
I'm trying out the new Copilot Agents Window, but I'm having trouble getting it to respect my local configurations.
I have my Claude settings and a custom API base URL (for proxy/enterprise reasons) configured in ~/.claude/settings.json. However, the Agents Window seems to ignore this entirely.
A few specific questions:
Does this window actually support reading local settings.json files or environment variables like ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL?
If yes, where is the configuration to enable this? I've tried chat.hookFilesLocations but it doesn't seem to change anything.
Currently, it feels "locked" to the default models provided by Copilot (like Claude Haiku 4.5). Is there any way to point it to my own endpoint?
If this is not currently supported, are there plans to allow custom endpoints for developers who need to route traffic through their own gateways?
Thanks!
