git-lfs required for vscode repo in devcontainer

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.120.0
• OS Version: Linux x64

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a workspace to microsoft/vscode
2. F1 ~Rebuild and reopen in container
3. Try to create a new git branch:
   ~ git-lfs is not installed
