2. It ad-hoc tries to figure out how to parse the PR review, which wastes tokens

Could there be a [agent thing] to parse pasted PR review URLs and fetch structured JSON?

We could add a skill for this. Do you use the GitHub Pull Request extension? That feels like the best place for this to live.

Actually, we basically already have this in the GitHub Pull Request extension. If you're not already using it, you might try it out and see if the agent does a better job with tokens.

we basically already have this in the GitHub Pull Request extension.

It may just need additional phrases for the skill?
